Goodstart Clifton Hill
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Clifton Hill is a 48-place centre located in a residential area, close to main roads, transport, schools and local shops. We have a beautiful old Victorian-style building and offer highest quality care.
Our rooms – Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool – cater to children aged six weeks to five years. Our rooms are all set up in accordance with our Early Years Learning Framework curriculum and through Storypark we can stay in close contact with parents to ensure the children’s individual needs and interests are factored into the program.
We have a kitchen and cook to keep hungry tummies satisfied and outside we have a wonderful balance of natural and manmade elements providing the children with sensory and play-based learning opportunities.
We have a huge tree which blossoms in the spring and provides shade in Summer, as well as bike paths, sandpits, and a vege patch to help instil the principles of sustainability and nature in learning.
The staff here at Goodstart Early Learning Clifton Hill are highly dedicated and experienced and have all worked at the centre for many years. We also believe in fostering close links with our community and together with open and clear lines of communication with families, we can enrich an already colourful and fun learning experience.
We offer 2 years of kinder. That's two years of continued high-quality early learning, playing and making friends. Everything your child needs to feel ready for school.

I have been the Centre Director at Goodstart Clifton Hill since 2011. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and take great joy and satisfaction in overseeing the educational programs and care at Goodstart Clifton Hill.
I have been in the Early Childhood industry for over 30 years and as a Director for 11 years. I have worked in a range of services both private and non for profit, working with children from birth to 5 years.

I strongly believe that your child’s first experiences in early childhood education should be positive as it establishes their attitude for learning for their whole life.

I love how our centre is a small family orientated centre and all our families are from our local community and formed great friendships.
