Children need to feel safe and supported to learn and grow, so we promote key educator relationships between our educators and children. Your child will have at least one educator (their key educator) who takes them under their wing and really gets to know them. 
Our Key Educator relationships help children form secure attachments. Educators work closely with smaller groups and individual children to better understand each child. These relationships lead to improved outcomes for children as we foster more communication between families and educators. 
We inform families regularly about their child's progress and welcome family involvement in our centre events and activities.

Hi, my name is Lauren, and I am the new Centre Director at Goodstart Beaudesert Brisbane Street.

My name is Lauren and I am an experienced Early Education professional with over 14 years of experience working with Early Years and School Aged Children.

As Centre Director I am committed to creating a community where families and educators work together with the goal of supporting all children to grow, explore, create and become confident individuals when in our care.

I bring a Children First Attitude and a commitment to creating and maintaining a safe environment for our children, families and staff to feel safe, supported and valued each and everyday they walk through the doors of our centre.

I Always remember to bring my “smile” and “sense of humour” to work to share with children, families, colleagues, and management.

Like any new experience, I anticipate a getting to know you period whilst I meet and greet with children, staff and families, in addition to learning new processes and systems within the centre-I appreciate your patience and support during my induction and training to ensure I can provide you all with the best quality care and support you expect from your Centre Director.
