Goodstart Algester

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Algester has been operating since June 2006. Our child care centre is located off Algester Road and is situated close to a variety of local schools and shopping complexes.
 
We cater for children from six weeks to six years of age, in our beautiful five-room centre - with rooms from Nursery to Kindergarten. 
 
Our centre is purpose-built and features three large playgrounds with plenty of shade as well as sandpits, herb gardens, digging patches, a wishing tree, dry creek bed, bamboo teepee, vege patches and worm farms, and mud kitchen.

Inside, all of the rooms are set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities. Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning; and we are focused on ensuring the children are ready to take that all important step up to school.
 
Our Storypark platform, as well as regular family nights and emailed newsletters, enable us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication. This also means we can tailor each program to the child’s individual needs, interests and strengths – as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.
 
Our educators are absolutely committed to providing stimulating learning opportunities that reflect the unique needs and interests of each and every child in our care. We pride ourselves on providing high quality education and care in a loving and safe environment, and are extremely lucky to have several long-serving team members.
 
We are a family-orientated centre and encourage all parents and relatives to participate in our daily routines, centre events and special celebrations.
