Goodstart Calamvale

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Calamvale was constructed in 2001 and is situated in a well established area, close to public transport and small shopping complexes as well as local schools and community facilities.

Goodstart Early Learning Calamvale provides care for children aged between six weeks to school age. The classrooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten - are fully equipped with educational resources and programs are designed in line with the Early Years' Learning Framework while accounting for the needs and interests of each individual child. Each room is airconditioned so the children are always learning and playing in a comfortable environment.

Our educators are experienced, highly qualified Early Childhood educators who are proud to deliver a diverse educational program that meets the individual needs of all the children in our care so that they reach their full potential as valued members of our community.  

Our Storypark platform, as well as regular family nights and emailed newsletters, enable us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication. This also means we can tailor each program to the child’s individual needs, interests and strengths – as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.

Our large outdoor playground houses age appropriate climbing equipment and a sizable sandpit to meet the growing needs of the children. All our play areas are equipped with shade sails that protect the children from harmful UV rays.

Our centres offer three healthy delicious meals each day and we supply all nappies. Upon enrolment we provide each child with a Goodstart sun hat. Our centres are also receiving playground upgrades which will be completed before the end of the year.

Goodstart Calamvale supports our community through various events and encourage our community members to be active participants in our programs and our child care centres. We promote non bias and cultural awareness to enhance children's understanding of cultural and individual differences and similarities to encourage a positive self-esteem.
