Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Browns Plains - Browns Plains Road is located on the corner of Wembley Road and Browns Plains Road. We are easily accessible by public transport and a short drive away from a major shopping complex.

With a competitive free structure, our service caters for children from six weeks to school age.

We are very proud to have many long-standing educators, some of whom have been with the centre for up to 12 years. Our educators are passionate, dedicated and love the important role they play in each child’s life. We provide an array of quality educational programs in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework, to ensure children learn and develop in a play-based environment.

We encourage family involvement and have an open door policy, welcoming parents, grandparents and other family members to participate in events we run throughout the year. We provide a regular newsletter and each room contains a display book with photos and stories about all the different activities we have done throughout the day.   

Our Storypark platform also means we can tailor each program to the child’s individual needs, interests and strengths – as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.

Outside, we have age appropriate play spaces and equipment, all geared to enhance the children’s awareness of their surrounds and the greater environment, as well as their understanding of the importance of sustainability. We have a variety of gardens, which the children maintain and grow all types of flowers, fruits and vegetables. We also have sandpits, a fort, mud kitchen and undercover verandahs.

We participate in many local community events and programs, including sustainability education classes run by the Logan City Council. Through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience. Art and music experiences are provided on a daily basis which allow the children to freely express their creativity.
