Hello, my name is Janani and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Frankston South – Flinders Road.

I have worked in Early Learning for 15 years and hold a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education. Throughout my time with Goodstart, I have worked as an educator across all ages ranging from six weeks to six years. I have experienced many roles including Team Leader, Educational Leader, Assistant Director and Centre Director.

I am passionate about Early Childhood Education and committed to providing the best possible care and learning opportunities for the children in their early years learning journey.

I believe children should have the opportunity to explore rich and purposeful experiences throughout the day to reach their full potential in their first six years and that is only possible through high-quality early learning.

Being a mum myself, I understand the importance for families to find a perfect place for their children. A place where they feel safe, respected and supported and included socially and emotionally.

I look forward working with you and your family, along with my wonderful team of highly educated and passionate educators and see how we can get started on this learning journey together.
