Goodstart Idalia - Lakeland Boulevard

Goodstart Idalia – Lakeland Boulevard is located in Idalia and is close to Lavarack Army Barracks, local shopping centres, transport routes and local schools.

Our early learning service has recently reopened in January 2021 with refurbished playground and gardens and a high-quality centre boasting beautiful environments that are well resourced and set up to encourage children’s play, learning and creativity.

Goodstart Idalia caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age and has a Nursery, Toddlers room, Senior Toddlers room, Pre-Kindergarten room and Kindergarten program.

Our staff are highly qualified and passionate about the industry they work in.

Our qualified staff include two bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teachers. One of our Early Childhood Teachers is in our Pre-Kindergarten room which prepares children for the Kindergarten years.

For families looking for a Queensland Government Approved Kindergarten Program we are happy to provide access to our Kindergarten room with our other Bachelor qualified teacher. We have great relationships with local schools and work with our community to ensure children are ready for school.

Our stimulating environments are set up to ensure children have the chance to grow and develop through creativity, imagination, sensory and play based learning.

Our Storypark platform ensures that we are able to stay in contact with families and show off what is happening at our service. We tailor each program to children’s individual needs, interests and strengths.

We have a strong orientation and transition process to welcome you and your child into our service and welcome playdates for children and families to get to know us before their start date.
