Goodstart Swan Hill - Pritchard Street
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Swan Hill - Pritchard Street is located in a quiet residential area of Swan Hill, close to schools and the main business district. The centre boasts four rooms for our children to grow and learn in.
The mission of Goodstart Swan Hill Pritchard Street is to provide high quality child care for all our children and families. In doing this we aim to encourage open communication to build strong respectful relationships with our families, children and staff members to work in partnership to provide nurturing and stimulating environments that will facilitate the children to grow and develop in their own way for life long learning.
Inside, all of the rooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool - are all set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities. Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning.
Our Storypark platform, as well as regular family nights and emailed newsletters, enable us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication. This also means we can tailor each program to the child’s individual needs, interests and strengths – as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.
Outside, we have age appropriate play spaces and equipment, all geared to enhance the children’s awareness of their surrounds and the greater environment, as well as their understanding of the importance of sustainability.
We also have a cook on premises five days a week and we provide breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack. The meals that we provide are healthy and nutritious and we also cater for children who have allergies to certain foods.
Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience. Art and music experiences are provided on a daily basis which allow the children to freely express their creativity.

Hi there! My name is Kellie and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Swan Hill - Pritchard Street.
I have worked in the early learning industry since 2007 and I have A Diploma of Children's Services and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. During my career I have had the opportunity to work with different age groups and across the variety of areas in the industry.
I am passionate about early education. The first five years of a child's life sets the foundations for the future.
Being able to be a part of their learning and development at such a young age is such an important role and it is a privilege.
The team I am fortunate to work with shares my passion for seeing children meet their potential. They are dedicated, professional, experienced and highly qualified.

Our kindergarten teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.
