Children need to feel safe and supported to learn and grow, so we promote key educator relationships between our educators and children. Your child will have at least one educator (their key educator) who takes them under their wing and really gets to know them. 
Our Key Educator relationships help children form secure attachments. Educators work closely with smaller groups and individual children to better understand each child. These relationships lead to improved outcomes for children as we foster more communication between families and educators. 
We inform families regularly about their child's progress and welcome family involvement in our centre events and activities.

Hello everyone. My name is Sabina Parajuli, and I am delighted to be the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Roxburgh Park – David Munroe Drive.
I have been a part of the Goodstart since 2010. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of growing within the organisation by taking on a variety of roles that have deepened my knowledge and experience in early childhood education. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Education, and I am truly passionate about supporting the development and wellbeing of children across all age groups.
My goal at Goodstart Roxburgh Park is to create a warm, homely environment where children, their families and team member feel a strong sense of belonging.
I feel fortunate to work alongside a team of highly qualified and experienced educators and teachers. Together, we work in close partnership with our families to share information and support each child’s ongoing learning and development.
A little insight into my personal life: I am a proud mother of two beautiful daughters and come from a Nepalese background. I am the first generation of my family to settle in Australia, and I cherish the opportunity to blend my cultural heritage with my passion for early childhood education.
I'm looking forward to meeting with you and your children.

Our kindergarten teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.
