I have been working in this for just over 14 years. I have worked across numerous age groups, as an assistant and room leader and developed myself As an ECT in the Kinder room. I have also worked as an Educational Leader since 2021 and assisted my team to deliver high quality program where every child thrives for success. 

As the Centre Director at Goodstart Pascoe Vale Cumberland Road East, my personal philosophy is rooted in a deep commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment where children can thrive. I believe that the foundation of effective early childhood education lies in the following principles:
