Goodstart Kealba

 I have dedicated 19 years to the early childhood education sector. My career began as an assistant educator, and over the years, I have had the privilege of advancing through various roles, including Educational Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, Cook, and for the past six years, Centre Manager.

I am thrilled to be part of Goodstart Early Learning Kealba, drawn to their passionate management team and the strong values they uphold. My deep commitment to early childhood education revolves around mentoring both emerging and experienced educators to deliver exceptional, engaging programs and curricula that promote optimal outcomes for children. I firmly believe that high-quality education and learning flourish through collaborative relationships with children, families, and the broader community.

My philosophy is to create a nurturing environment where curiosity, exploration, and joy are encouraged, providing children with the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. I am eager to meet your children and work together to ensure they are supported in every step of their educational journey. I maintain an open-door policy and am always available to address any concerns or resolve any issues promptly.

My ultimate goal is to make a meaningful impact on young children by fostering their unique talents and personalities. I am deeply passionate about the belief that all children are capable and resilient individuals, and it is our role as educators to create an environment that nurtures learning through play.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, gaming, and spending quality time with my partner and our three children—Layla, Lexi, and Nate.
