Goodstart North Hobart
Goodstart Early Learning North Hobart is ideally located between the city and suburb of North Hobart. We are close to schools, shopping areas and the central business district. Our centre was opened in 1975 as a purpose built child care centre, and it began operating as Goodstart Early Learning in 2005.
Our centre has an excellent reputation in the community as a provider of quality child care and education.
We have a wonderful team of early childhood professionals who develop interesting and engaging programs for the children. There are six rooms at the centre, and we care for children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years old.
We offer a fantastic preschool program which promotes early literacy, numeracy and life skills.
All meals are provided by the centre cook Carrie and these are prepared fresh on a daily basis. We provide a nutritionally based menu and cater for children's specific dietary requirements. Please contact the centre to arrange a time to visit and to meet the wonderful educators.

My Name is Brenna Gold and I’m delighted to introduce myself as the Centre Director here in our beautiful North Hobart Goodstart community.
Think of me as the head cheerleader for your little ones, championing their growth, curiosity, and endless giggles. My childcare philosophy is all about nurturing our children and our community, creating a warm, inviting space where everyone feels like family.

Our commitment doesn’t stop with the children, I am deeply invested in building strong connections with our families and the wider community, whether it's through family events, community projects, or simply sharing a smile at drop-off and pick up.
