About our centre
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Old Reynella is located in a family-friendly residential area, just off a main road and close to schools, shops and public transport. Our centre is licensed for 90 children per day with our under two’s section capable of taking up to 30 children.
Our educators are fully qualified childhood professionals with each room having a Group Leader and Assistant. Our educators offer a wealth of knowledge and experience with most being long term employees that have developed long lasting relationships with our families and their children.
Inside, all of the rooms - from Nursery to Preschool - are all set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities. Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning.
Outside, we have three areas all with age appropriate play spaces and equipment. Throughout the playgrounds you will find sandpits, trees, a veggie boat, soft fall areas, a climbing fort and lots of shade.

Centre Director
Hello, my name is Dem and I am the Centre Director for Goodstart Early Learning Old Reynella. I have been in the Early Learning sector for 28 years and this year marks my 18th year with Goodstart Early Learning – an organisation that I am passionate about and has vision and values that align with my own.
I have worked in various roles during this time from Trainee through to Centre Director, Business Improvement Trainer, Centre Performance Coach and now returning to my passion of running a service as Director with children and families at the centre of everything I and my team do.
I am passionate about early learning and what we can do as a sector for Australia's children, their families and wider community. I see each child as a citizen of our early learning service and, together with my like-minded team, we strive to support children as they grow into resilient, capable learners and active members of their wider communities.

The team at Old Reynella have looked after my little one since she was 6 months old. Helping us both settle into working and mum life which is such a big change. The office team are always able to answer my questions and if they can’t they’ll get back to me as soon as they know the answer. Definitely recommend! 🥰
