About our centre
Goodstart Early Learning Burpengary Buckley Road is set in a small shopping hub that is surrounded by semi rural housing estates. Our child care centre is made up of five rooms that are all very spacious and open.
Each and every one of our educators pride themselves on delivering a high quality of care that is not only educational, but fun at the same time. All our educators work hard to build and up hold open communication with all our families. This is reflected during our centre events as we have a high level of family and community involvement.
Our child care centre events calendar is a very extensive list that ranges through themed dress up days, Grandparent's, Mother's and Father's Day mornings and Christmas and Graduation celebrations.

Hi, I’m Meagan Wicks and I’m the Centre Director here at Goodstart Burpengary Buckley Road.
I have been the Centre Director at Goodstart Burpengary Buckley Rd since March 2024.
I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and take great joy and satisfaction in overseeing the educational programs and care at Goodstart Buckley Rd.
I have been in the Early Childhood industry for over 10 years and as a Director since March 2024. I have worked in a range of Goodstart services as trainee, educator, senior educator, assistant director and now a centre director.
My Early Learning values:
I strongly believe that your child’s first experiences in early childhood education should be positive as it establishes their attitude for learning for their whole life.
What I love about our community:
The people! From a quick morning hello to the amazing support given when we do have local services visiting our service to provide support, it is the people who build our community.
A little more about me:
When I’m not in the centre, you’ll find me with my Family, I have 4 children of my own (All boys), we are always busy with family life and completing renovations at our home.
